Pam Palombo is the public health nurse for the City of Newburyport and the Newburyport Health Department. Pam's foundation in nutrition guides Nourishing the North Shore to accurately inform the community about the benefits of healthy food and supporting local farmers.

Nancy Earls is a program director with the Newburyport Learning Enrichment Center. She brings the important piece of education to the forefront of food equality. Nancy has deep roots in the North Shore community and works extremely hard to ensure that all children and families in the community have what they need to thrive. 

 

Ellie Davis has been working across the nation in social justice programs for the past 40 years. Currently, she is the director of programs and community relations at the YWCA Greater Newburyport where she has been working for the past 12 years. Her background in direct service and leadership in childcare, family literacy, staff training and development, organizational and Board consultation, collaboration, and cultural competence leads NNS to the forefront of programing that works across all nationalities and income levels. 

Kailey Burke is the program coordinator for Nourishing the North Shore. Kailey plans and tends the gardens, organizes gleaning crews, and works directly with local schools. She joined the NNS team as the garden manager for the 2015 season and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Stockbridge School majoring in Sustainable Food and Farming in May 15'.

Emilee Herrick  is Nourishing the North Shore's newest member as of May 2016. Emilee is the program assistant for NNS, working closely with Kailey Burke to maintain the gardens, organize and run programs, and work directly with local schools and farms. Emilee is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Sustainable Food and Farming from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture.
